Cross Therapy Services will be sending SMS texting messages about your child’s schedule and therapy. This is he best way to communicate your scheduling needs and changes.
Your cell number is collected from out intake paperwork.
You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

Call the office (479-582-2740) and let us know the concerns you have about your child and that you are interested in our services .
We will help you get a prescription from your child’s doctor if you do not already have one
We will then get everything set up for the evaluation.
Once this is scheduled you will receive the intake paperwork via email.

How do I get an evaluation for my child?
Contact your child’s primary care physician and request a referral. You can bring it in or fax (479-300-8250)/email it to us. (ctsfax@crosstherapyservices.com)
Once we have the prescription we will call and talk to you about your concerns.
We will then call to set up the evaluation appointment(s). Depending on the type of eval and age of your child it will take 1-2 hours for the evaluation.
Once the evaluation is scheduled we will email you a link to complete the new patient packet and history form.
After the appointment, the scores will be determined and you will be contacted to let you know if your child qualifies for therapy or not.
You will receive a copy of the evaluation via email.
We will send a copy of the evaluation to your child’s referring physician to let them know whether they qualify for therapy. If they do, we will request a treatment prescription.
Once we receive the treatment prescription we will contact you about getting your child on the schedule for therapy.
Our therapy sessions repeat weekly at the same time. We do this so you will know when their appointments are and can work other things around them. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your treatment sessions.
